Short version, to be replaced by counsel-reviewed text before launch.

1. What this is. Locumetry publishes indicators, scores and labels about Turkish districts, engineered from public official statistics and open map data. It is information, not advice; decisions you take on it are yours.
2. Accuracy. Sources revise their figures and open map data is incomplete in places. Values marked as estimates are province statistics allocated to districts. We refresh nightly and correct what we find, but provide the service as is, without warranty.
3. Reports and subscriptions. A purchased report is for the buyer's own use (and their organisation's internal use). The access link is personal; access lasts one year. Refunds within 14 days if the report could not be delivered or is materially wrong.
4. API and widget. Partner keys are per organisation and may not be shared. You may display results in your product; you may not resell or redistribute the dataset itself. We may rate limit, meter and revoke keys for abuse.
5. Intellectual property. Indicators, scores, labels and page content are a produced work of Locumetry. Underlying public sources remain their publishers'.
6. Privacy. What we store and why is in the privacy notice. Nothing is sold or shared.
